PREPAYMENT

The reservation can’t be canceled without penalty.
The date of the reservation can be changed 1 time free of charge.
In case of a changing the dates, a new price offer is prepared, and if the price is higher than the original offer, the difference must be paid within 24 hours.
If this is not done, or if the reservation is cancelled, the amount paid is considered as a penalty and is not refundable.

Only a limited number of open, street parking spaces are available. The parking fee is included in our prices.

All reservations must be guaranteed with at least 30% deposit.
The remaining amount above the deposit must be paid upon arrival, before occupying the room at our Reception!
All individual reservations (except holiday packages and booking with 100% prepayment discounts) can be canceled free of charge up to the 7th day before arrival.
In case of late cancellation (within 7 days before arrival) or no-show, our hotel treats the prepayment as a penalty payment.
Our package offer is subject to availability and can be booked in limited numbers!
