- Please, leave the pools 30 minutes before the closing of the Wellness area.
- The water in our thermal pools are changed at the end of every day, so our colleagues start draining the pools 30 minutes before the wellness department closes.
Quiet Wellness Hours:
In order to ensure a truly peaceful wellness experience, during the Quiet Wellness Hours between 8.00 – 9.00 am and 6.30 – 8.00 pm only guests over the age of 16
are welcomed. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!

Use of the Wellness
Use the Wellness area at your own risk, knowing your own health condition.
Guests visiting the wellness center accept the contents of the House Rules by entering and acknowledges that they are binding on him/her.
The hotel assumes no responsibility for accidents resulting from the Guest’s fault, improper use of the wellness department’s services, or non-compliance with the House Rules.
In the wellness area, Guests are obliged to comply with public health and hygiene rules!
Wellness towel
In exchange for the towel card received upon arrival, you will receive the wellness towel.
When picking up the towel, please always present your keycard case containing your room number to our colleagues.
Wellness towels are changed once a day free of charge! Any additional towel change is 500 HUF/ occasion.
Before leaving the wellness area, please always hand over the towel to our colleagues at the wellness reception.
Please note that you shall return the towel card to the Hotel Reception upon departure from the Hotel. Upon arrival, the fee of the towel card – HUF 7 000 / card – is automatically charged on the Guest’s bill, but this amount gets deleted from the bill when the card is returned upon departure.
In case of loss of the towel card or failure to return it upon departure, Guests shall pay the charged amount as compensation!
Non-hotel Guests
Entry
- External guests who do not have a hotel room reservation can only stay in the area of the wellness with a valid ticket, during the opening hours.
- Our hotel reserves the right to temporarily suspend ticket sales if the number of spa guests reaches the maximum allowed.
Payment for services
- Please, kindly note, that upon entry we only bill the service fee for the use of the wellness area, however, if you also use additional services, the fee of these services and the consumption will be charged at the wellness reception, which you must pay when leaving the wellness.
- If the guest can’t or does not want to settle the debt upon departure, the guest must prove his identity to the Hotel Representative and to record his/her position regarding the payment in a separate written statement.
Locker
- Non-hotel guests can request a locker key upon purchising their wellness tickets.
- The fee for using the locker room is included in the ticket price. The Operator requests a deposit for the locker key which is returned upon handing over the key when leaving.
- Guests use the locker room independently.
- The Hotel is not liable for personal clothing and items left outside the locker by the Guest, and in cases when Guests leave their locker open.
Liability
Unattended Values
- The Hotel is not liable for damages due to the theft of clothing and valuables left unattended in the Wellness area.
Values dropped into the pool
- The Hotel is not liable for items, valuables, etc. dropped into the pool, thus the Hotel shall not be obligated to dismantle or check the drains and pipelines.
Lost and found
Please return the found items to the Wellness Reception or Hotel Reception. You can pick up a found object by identifying yourself as its rightful owner.
Accident, injury, etc
Any event in the area of wellness – so-called injury, accident, fire, presence of an accident-prone device or object – please notify the Wellness Reception or the Hotel Reception in person, where the staff is obliged to take action immediately based on the relevant regulations
You shall not visit the Wellness area if you
- have a febrile, infectious, or skin disease,
- have an illness causing convulsions or loss of consciousness,
- have an illness with conspicuous or extensive pathological lesion,
- have an injury or open wound,
- • are drunk or under the influence of narcotics or intoxicating drugs
FORBIDDEN THINGS
- Pets are not allowed in the Wellness area
- Do not enter the pool area in street shoes. The use of slippers is mandatory to prevent slips.
- Do not use toiletries in the pool.
- The pools shall only be used in swimwear. Wearing a swimsuit in the Spa is mandatory for children as well. Children who are not yet potty trained shall only use the pools wearing a swim diaper. Find the clothing regulations regarding the Sauna separately.
- Do not jump into the pools, do not play ball, or jump around in them. Being loud, bringing food and drinks into the pools are also forbidden. Do not engage in any other activity that would disturb others.
- it is forbidden to bring children’s motorcycles, scooters, small bicycles, strollers, etc. into the wellness area
- It is strictly forbidden to dispose of waste and pieces of paper in the Wellness area or to contaminate the pool water! If the Guest intentionally or carelessly contaminates the pool water and therefore the pool has to be closed, its water has to be drained or disinfected etc. then the cost of the procedure, moreover, even the loss of revenue due to closing the pool and the cost of other damages shall be borne by the Guest.
- It is not allowed to drink alcohol or eat anything in the pool and sauna area. You can use the Hotel’s bar – Mirage Café – if you would like to drink alcohol or eat something, but do not bring anything into the Wellness area from the bar.
MANDATORY THINGS
- Using the shower before entering any pool is mandatory!
- The use of slippers is mandatory to prevent slips!
- Adherence to the Policy is mandatory for everyone staying in the Wellness area. If a Guest does not follow the rules despite a warning to do so, the service can be denied from them without compensation.
- Guests shall follow the instructions located in the Wellness area, and the instructions of the Wellness Staff!
Adult supervision
The below listed individuals shall only use the pools under adult supervision, at the responsibility of their adult supervisor:
- children under the age of 12,
- those who cannot swim,
- people who are unable to use the service on their own and/or have reduced mobility, hearing impairment or poor vision
Healing Thermal Pools
Children under the age of 14 may only use the thermal pool if recommended by a doctor.
Without a prior medical examination, the recommended stay for adults in the thermal water is 20 minutes long.
First aid
There is a first aid room in the Wellness area during operating hours. Guests shall immediately inform the nearest Wellness Staff in case of any injuries or malaise. In case of a bleeding injury, leave the pool immediately. Medical care is available in the first aid room.
Use of lounge chairs
Do not reserve the loungers consistently by putting a towel or any other object on them. We ask our Guests who leave the Wellness area for more than 30 minutes not to leave their personal belongings and towels in the area. If you fail to do so, the Wellness Staff may collect any items intending to reserve seats. The pool supervisor will collect towels and bathrobes left unattended for an hour and hang them on the nearest hanger. The Hotel is not liable for damages due to the theft of clothing and valuables left unattended in the Wellness area.
Entertainment equipment in the pools
The Operator operates the entertainment equipment in a pre-programmed way. The right of modifying this program is reserved, and in accordance with the number of Guests in the Wellness area, the operating time of the entertainment equipment may be modified without notification.
Listening to music
Audio equipment shall only be used with earphones in the wellness area

Paddle pool
Use of the paddle pool:
- adults and children over the age of 6 shall not use the Paddle pool.
- children who are not yet potty trained shall wear a waterproof, special baby diaper.
Technical failure
In case of any mechanical defects or breakdowns due to tourist traffic, the Hotel can pause the operation of given areas of the Délibáb Wellness Oasis. The Hotel cannot provide compensation in a case like that.
Compliance with house rules
Adherence to the Policy is mandatory for everyone staying in the Wellness area. If a Guest does not follow the rules despite a warning to do so, the service can be denied from them without compensation.
In case of breaching the Rules, the Hotel can deny the service from the Guest with no refund obligation. In case of causing damage, the Hotel can claim compensation of damage from the Guest.
Complaints Book ● Guestbook
Guests can write their complaints in the Complaints Book regarding the method and quality of service, the behaviour of the staff and raise their objections related to the operation of the Spa, while their satisfaction and appreciation can be expressed in the Guestbook. The Complaints Book and the Guestbook are available at the Hotel Reception.
