CONTRACTING PARTY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Guest uses the services provided by the Service Provider.<\/p>\n<p>If the guest places an order for services directly with the Service Provider, the guest is the contracting party. The Service Provider and the Guest jointly become contracting parties\u2014provided the conditions are met\u2014(hereinafter referred to as the \u201cParties\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>If an order for services is placed with the Service Provider by a third party (hereinafter: \u201cIntermediary\u201d) on behalf of a Guest, the terms of the collaboration are governed by the contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Intermediary. In this case, the Service Provider is not obligated to verify whether the third party is lawfully representing the Guest.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n4. METHODS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE SERVICE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>ordering the service<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The order must always be sent to the accommodation <b>in writing<\/b> (fax, e-mail, etc.). The accommodation's contact details can be found in the accommodation's publications, in the accommodation's own brochures, and on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/hoteldelibab.hu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/hoteldelibab.hu\/<\/a> .<br \/>\nThe order <b>must include<\/b> the Guest's name, address, exact arrival and departure times, room type, and the exact description of the services (meals, program).<br \/>\nWhen ordering, the accommodation must be clearly informed of which building of the accommodation, and which category and type of room the Guest's order applies to.<br \/>\nThe place of accommodation confirms every order in writing (fax, e-mail).<\/p>\n<p>The Contract is created by the written confirmation of the Guest's written reservation by the Service Provider and is therefore considered a written contract.<\/p>\n<p>Verbal reservations, agreements, amendments, or the Service Provider\u2019s verbal confirmation thereof do not constitute a contract.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>the validity of offers<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fundus Invest Kft.'s offers - with the exception of Daily Room Rates - are only available to Guests with a limited amount of room capacity.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>cancellation of service<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Guest agrees to notify the accommodation provider in writing of any cancellation, modification, or other change to the services ordered by the Guest prior to the start of the service.<\/p>\n<p>The Contract for the use of accommodation services is valid for a specific period of time.<\/p>\n<p>Any extension of the use of the accommodation service initiated by the Guest requires prior consent from the Service Provider. In this case, the Service Provider may stipulate the reimbursement of the fee for the service already provided.<br \/>\nAny amendment and\/or supplement to the Contract requires a written agreement signed by the Parties.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n4. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All <b>individual room reservations:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>which are not for holidays or special periods can be cancelled without penalty <b>up to 7 days prior to arrival<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>reservations for holidays or special periods can be cancelled <b>up to 14 days prior to arrival<\/b> without penalty.<\/li>\n<li><b>reservations with a New Year's Eve package<\/b> can be cancelled <b>up to 30 days prior to arrival<\/b> without penalty.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of a cancellation made within the cancellation deadline or a guest\u2019s failure to arrive without prior notice (no-show), our hotel will treat the advance payment as a penalty; in the case of a credit card guarantee, the credit card will be charged the amount of the advance payment.<\/li>\n<li>The cancellation conditions also apply to reservations made within the cancellation deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Group reservations<\/b> (10 people or more) can be cancelled without penalty <b>up to 21 days prior to arrival,<\/b> New Year\u2019s Eve package reservations. In the event of a cancellation made within 21 days prior to arrival or a guest\u2019s failure to arrive without prior notice (no-show), our hotel will treat the advance payment as a penalty; in the case of a credit card guarantee, the credit card will be charged the amount of the advance payment.<\/p>\n<p>For reservations made within the cancellation deadline, cancellation without a penalty is not available.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>arrival at and departure from the accommodation<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our rooms are available to our Guests <strong>from 3:00 PM<\/strong> day of arrival, and must be vacated <strong>by 11:00 AM<\/strong> on the day of departure. Early arrival and late departure are possible, <strong>depending on availability<\/strong>after prior arrangement with the Hotel, <strong>for an additional fee.<\/strong> The exceptions are Easter, the summer high season (07.01.-08.31.) and the end-of-year holidays, between December 20 and January 01, when <strong>early arrival and late departure are not possible due to high occupancy<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EARLY ARRIVAL FEE:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>10 000 Ft\/ room<\/strong> \u25cf Room and wellness use available on the day of arrival <strong>from 10:00 AM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">LATE DEPARTURE FEE:<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><strong>10 000 Ft\/ room<\/strong> \u25cf Room and wellness use available on the day of departure <strong>until 6:00 PM<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>6. TERMS OF PAYMENT, WARRANTY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider shall request payment for the services provided to the Contracting Party no later than after the services have been used and prior to departure from the hotel; however, the Service Provider may also allow for payment after the fact under the terms of a separate agreement. The Service Provider is entitled to issue partial invoices for the services it provides.<\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider may require an advance payment covering the full cost of the ordered services as security for the use of the service in accordance with the Contract and for the payment of the consideration.<\/p>\n<p>Payment for the services ordered may be made in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>by transfer<\/i>,<\/li>\n<li><em>by online credit card payment<\/em> via the hotel's booking interface. Online bank card payments are made via the Barion system. Your bank card details are not sent to our hotel. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank, its license number: H-EN-I-1064\/2013.<\/li>\n<li>or on site <i>by cash, card<\/i>, and in accordance with the applicable laws, by <i>Sz\u00e9chenyi Pihen\u0151k\u00e1rtya<\/i> (SZ\u00c9P card).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment with a SZ\u00c9P card is possible only <strong>if the cardholder is also present on site<\/strong>. If the SZ\u00c9P card is not in the name of the Guest using the accommodation and the cardholder is not present on site, we cannot accept the card! In the case of payment with a SZ\u00c9P card, in order to ensure legitimate card use, the accommodation may request prepayment of the ordered services and presentation of the Guest's public identification document. GUARANTEE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>For reservations, <b>our Hotel always requests a deposit to guarantee the reservation<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Individual <\/b>reservations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>in case of normal packages, min.<b> 30% of the reservation value<\/b><\/li>\n<li>in case of holiday packages and special periods, min. <b>50% of the reservation value<\/b><\/li>\n<li>in case of New Year's Eve packages, 100% of the reservation value<\/li>\n<li><b>based on the advance payment request letter, by transfer,<\/b> within <b>5 days of the order<\/b>.<b><\/b><\/li>\n<li>In case of a reservation within 5 days, no later than 4 PM on the last working day before the Guest's arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>In case of a Travel Agency,<\/b> the advance payment is<b> is 100% of the reservation value minus the commission.<\/b> The written confirmation of the accommodation becomes effective if the requested advance payment is received by the time specified in the advance request letter.<\/p>\n<p>In case of booking a room on the day of arrival, <b>the full amount of the reservation must be paid in advance upon arrival before booking the room,<\/b> at the reception desk.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n7. PRICES<\/b><i><\/i><\/p>\n<p>The prices published by Fundus Invest Kft. always <b>include<\/b> the statutory <b>VAT in effect at the time of publication.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>However, the prices <b>do not include<\/b> the <b>tourist tax (IFA)<\/b>the rate of which is<b> 600 HUF\/person\/night in 2024<\/b>, <b>700 HUF\/person\/night in 2025<\/b>\u00a0and <strong>is payable at the location of the service from the age of 18,<\/strong> except for those price offers in which Fundus Invest Kft. specifically states: \"the prices shown also include the tourist tax\".<\/p>\n<p>Fundus Invest Kft. maintains the right to chance prices.<br \/>\nThe accommodation will announce the currently valid prices in the order confirmation. Information on the current price developments of the accommodation can be found on the Fundus Invest Kft. website <a href=\"https:\/\/hoteldelibab.hu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/hoteldelibab.hu\/<\/a> at all times.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a change in the tax rate specified in the current VAT Act, our prices are subject to change without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of reservations for the Service Provider\u2019s products subject to special terms and conditions, reservations for events, or reservations for more than 5 rooms (group reservations), the Service Provider may establish terms and conditions or surcharges that differ from those set forth above and are specified in a separate Agreement.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n8. HALF-BOARD SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our half-board service includes a buffet breakfast and a buffet dinner. Animals may use the common areas without disturbing the peace of other hotel Guests, and only to access the hotel room. Other rooms, such as the restaurant, beer bar, entire wellness area, and fitness room, may not be visited by pets, even under the supervision of the Guest! The Guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet they brought in. The hotel management reserves the right to refuse further accommodation of the animal in the hotel if it deems that the animal disturbs the proper operation of the hotel or the peace of other hotel Guests.<\/p>\n<p>c) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Parking<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In front of the Hotel, <strong>an open, unguarded street parking lot is available<\/strong>. Parking spaces are <strong>limited<\/strong> (approx. 80) and advance reservations are not possible. Please note that during peak periods (holiday weekends, summer months) there is often only free parking about 100-400 meters from the hotel due to the large number of Guests arriving to the city.<\/p>\n<p>d) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Medical services<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In the case of medical services used in the hotel, a fee in accordance with applicable laws must be paid.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n9. COMPLAINTS<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In the event of any complaints arising during the hotel service, the Guest may lodge a complaint in writing at the hotel reception until the time of departure. The Guest's right to complain ceases after departure from the accommodation.<br \/>\nThe hotel is obliged to investigate complaints and respond to them in a meaningful manner within five days.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n10. TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE OBLIGATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider is entitled to terminate the Agreement for accommodation services with immediate effect, thus refusing to provide the services, if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the guest does not use the room or the facility provided to them in accordance with its intended purpose,<\/li>\n<li>the guest fails to comply with the accommodation facility\u2019s safety regulations and rules, behaves in an objectionable or rude manner toward its employees, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibits threatening, offensive, or other unacceptable behavior,<\/li>\n<li>the Guest suffers from an infectious disease,<\/li>\n<li>or the Contracting Party fails to fulfill their obligation to make the advance payment provided for in the Contract by the specified date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\n11. ILLNESS OR DEATH OF THE GUEST<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a Guest becomes ill during the period of their stay and is unable to act in their own best interest, the Hotel will offer medical assistance.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of a Guest\u2019s illness or death, the Hotel reserves the right to seek reimbursement of its expenses from the patient\u2019s or deceased\u2019s next of kin, heir, or the person responsible for payment; including any medical and procedural costs, the cost of services used prior to death, and any damage to equipment or furnishings resulting from the illness or death.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\n12. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Under the contract, the Guest is entitled to the intended use of the ordered room and those facilities of the accommodation that are included in the standard range of services and are not subject to special conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The Contracting Party shall pay the consideration for the services ordered in the Contract by the date and in the manner specified in the Contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Guest may not bring their own food and drink to the catering units at the accommodation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n13. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The service provider is entitled to reimbursement for the services ordered and used by the guest.<\/p>\n<p>The service provider is obligated to provide the booked accommodations and other services in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n14. LITIGATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The accommodation is liable for any damage caused by it in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Service Provider is only responsible for valuables, securities and cash if <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">it has expressly accepted them for safekeeping<\/span> or has refused to accept them for safekeeping.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider's liability does not extend to damages that occurred due to unavoidable causes beyond the control of the Service Provider, its employees and guests, or that were caused by the Guest themselves.<br \/>\nIf the guest fails to file a complaint on site, they will not be entitled to compensation later.<\/p>\n<p>The guest is liable for all damages suffered by the Service Provider or a third party due to the fault of the Guest or their companions or other persons under their responsibility. This liability exists even if the injured party has the right to claim compensation for their damages directly from the Service Provider.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n15. DISCRETION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider acts in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/hoteldelibab.hu\/adatvedelmi-tajekoztato\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Data Processing Policy<\/a> and its provisions.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n16. <\/b><b>FORCE MAJEURE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In the event of a cause or circumstance (for example; war, fire, flood, inclement weather, power outage, strike) over which a party has no control (force majeure), either party shall be exempted from performing its obligations under the Agreement for as long as such cause or circumstance exists. The parties agree to do everything in their power to minimize the possibility of such causes and circumstances occurring and to remedy any damage or delay caused thereby as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n17. LAW APPLICABLE TO THE LEGAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PARTIES, COURT OF JURISDICTION<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Contracting Party shall be governed by the provisions of local law. CONTRACTING PARTY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The services provided by the Service Provider are used by the Guest.<\/p>\n<p>If the order for services is placed directly by the Guest to the Service Provider, the Guest is qualified as the Contracting Party. The Service Provider and the Guest shall jointly and separately become contracting parties (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cParties\u201d), provided that the conditions are fulfilled.<\/p>\n<p>If the order for the services is placed by a third party (hereinafter referred to as \u201cAgent\u201d) on behalf of the Guest, the terms of cooperation shall be governed by the contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Intermediary. In this case, the Service Provider shall not be obliged to verify whether the third party legally represents the Guest.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n3. METHODS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE SERVICE<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>ordering the service<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The order must always be sent to the accommodation <b>in writing<\/b> (fax, e-mail, etc.). The accommodation&#8217;s contact details can be found in the accommodation&#8217;s publications, in the accommodation&#8217;s own brochures, and on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/hoteldelibab.hu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/hoteldelibab.hu\/<\/a>.<br \/>\nThe order <b>must include<\/b> the Guest&#8217;s name, address, exact arrival and departure times, room type, and the exact name of the services (meals, program).<br \/>\nWhen ordering, the accommodation must be clearly informed of which building of the accommodation, and which category and type of room the Guest&#8217;s order applies to.<br \/>\nThe accommodation confirms every order in writing (fax, e-mail).<\/p>\n<p>The Contract is created by the written confirmation of the Guest&#8217;s written reservation by the Service Provider and is therefore considered a written contract.<\/p>\n<p>A verbal reservation, agreement, modification, or verbal confirmation by the Service Provider does not have contractual value.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>the validity of offers<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fundus Invest Kft.&#8217;s offers &#8211; with the exception of Daily Room Rates &#8211; are only available to Guests with a limited amount of room capacity.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>cancellation of service<\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Guest undertakes to inform the accommodation in writing of any cancellation, modification or any other change to the services ordered by them prior to the start of the service.<\/p>\n<p>The Contract for the use of accommodation services is valid for a specific period of time.<\/p>\n<p>Any extension of the use of the accommodation service initiated by the Guest requires prior consent from the Service Provider. In this case, the Service Provider may stipulate the reimbursement of the fee for the service already provided.<br \/>\nAny amendment and\/or supplement to the Contract requires a written agreement signed by the Parties.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n4. TERMS OF CANCELLATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All <b>individual room reservations:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>which are not for holidays or special periods can be cancelled free of charge <b> up to 7 days <\/b>prior to arrival.<\/li>\n<li>reservations for holidays or special periods can be cancelled free of charge <b>up to 14 days <\/b>prior to arrival<\/li>\n<li>reservations with a <b>New Year&#8217;s Eve package<\/b> can be cancelled free of charge <b>up to 30 days<\/b> prior to arrival<\/li>\n<li>In case of cancellation within the cancellation deadline or the Guest&#8217;s non-arrival without cancellation (no show), our hotel will treat the advance payment as a penalty, or in the case of a bank card guarantee, the advance payment will be charged to the bank card.<\/li>\n<li>The cancellation conditions also apply to reservations made within the cancellation deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Group reservations <\/b>(min. 10 people) can be cancelled free of charge <b>up to 21 days prior to arrival<\/b>, except for New Year&#8217;s Eve package reservations. TERMS OF PAYMENT, WARRANTY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider shall claim the consideration for the services provided to the Contracting Party at the latest after use, before departure from the hotel, but may also provide the option of post-payment under an individual agreement. The Service Provider is entitled to issue a partial invoice for the services provided by them.<\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider may request an advance payment for the entire amount of the ordered services as a guarantee for the use of the service in accordance with the Contract and the payment of the consideration.<\/p>\n<p>The payment for the ordered services can be made in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i>by bank transfer<\/i>,<\/li>\n<li><em>by online bank card payment<\/em> via the hotel&#8217;s book.interface. Online bank card payments are made via the Barion system. Your bank card details are not sent to our hotel. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank, its license number: H-EN-I-1064\/2013.<\/li>\n<li>or on site <i>cash, bank card,<\/i> and in accordance with the applicable laws <i>by Sz\u00e9chenyi Pihen\u0151k\u00e1rtya<\/i> (SZ\u00c9P card).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment with a SZ\u00c9P card is only possible <strong> if the cardholder is also present on site<\/strong>. If the SZ\u00c9P card is not in the name of the Guest using the accommodation and the cardholder is not present on site, we cannot accept the card! In the case of payment with a SZ\u00c9P card, in order to ensure legitimate card use, the accommodation may request prepayment of the ordered services and presentation of the Guest&#8217;s ID card. CEASING OF OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE SERVICES<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider is entitled to terminate the Agreement for accommodation services with immediate effect, thus refusing to provide the services, if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Guest does not make proper use of the room or facilities provided,<\/li>\n<li>the Guest behaves in a manner that is inappropriate, rude, abusive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable to the security, orderliness or staff of the accommodation,<\/li>\n<li>the Guest suffers from an infectious disease,<\/li>\n<li>or the Contracting Party fails to fulfill their obligation to make the advance payment provided for in the Contract by the specified date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\n11. ILLNESS OR DEATH OF THE GUEST<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0If the Guest falls ill during the period of using the accommodation service and is unable to act in their own interest, the Service Provider will offer medical assistance.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of the illness\/death of the Guest, the Service Provider shall claim compensation from the relatives, heirs or bill payers of the sick\/deceased person for any medical and procedural expenses, the value of services used prior to the death, and any damage to equipment and furnishings caused by the illness\/death.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><br \/>\n12. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Under the contract, the Guest is entitled to the intended use of the ordered room and those facilities of the accommodation that are included in the standard range of services and are not subject to special conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The Contracting Party shall pay the consideration for the services ordered in the Contract by the date and in the manner specified in the Contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Guest may not bring their own food and drink to the catering units at the accommodation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n13. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The service provider is entitled to reimbursement for the value of the services ordered by the guest.<\/p>\n<p>The service provider is obliged to provide the accommodation and other services ordered based on the Contract in line with the valid stipulations and service standards<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n14. COMPENSATION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The accommodation is liable for any damage caused by it in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Service Provider is only responsible for valuables, securities and cash if it has <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">expressly accepted them for safekeeping<\/span> or has refused to accept them for safekeeping.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider&#8217;s liability does not extend to damages that occurred due to unavoidable causes beyond the control of the Service Provider, its employees and guests, or that were caused by the Guest themselves.<br \/>\nIf the guest fails to file a complaint on site, they will not be entitled to compensation later.<\/p>\n<p>The guest is liable for all damages suffered by the Service Provider or a third party due to the fault of the Guest or their companions or other persons under their responsibility. This liability exists even if the injured party has the right to claim compensation for their damages directly from the Service Provider.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n15. SECRECY<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Service Provider shall proceed according to the standards determined by the <a href=\"https:\/\/hoteldelibab.hu\/adatvedelmi-tajekoztato\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Data Handling Guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n16. <\/b><b>FORCE MAJEURE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Any reason or circumstance (for example; war, fire, flood, inclement weather, power outage, strike) beyond the control of the Party (force majeure) excuses any Party from performing the obligations set in the Contract prior to this reason or circumstance existing. Parties agree to do everything in their power to limit the possibility of these reasons or circumstances occurring and to remedy the damage or delay caused by them as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n17. JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAW<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The legal relationship between the Service Provider and the Contracting Party shall be governed by by the local law (Hungarian law). In any legal dispute arising from the service contract, the court is authorised at the location where the services are provided and declared to have competence to handle the issue.
