DEPOSIT
All reservations must be guaranteed with at least 30% deposit.
The remaining amount above the deposit must be paid upon arrival, before occupying the room at our Reception!
In case of late cancellation (within 7 days before arrival) or no-show, our hotel treats the deposit as a penalty payment.
MODIFYING
The date of the reservation can be changed one time free of charge, a 2,500 HUF administration fee is charged for each additional change!
In case of a change, a new price quote will be prepared and the terms and conditions therein will apply. In case of a higher price than the original quote, the difference must be paid within 24 hours. If this is not done or the reservation is canceled, the deposit is considered as a penalty and is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION
All reservations with HS2025 promotion code can be canceled free of charge up to the 7th day before arrival.
